Toiletsville

Toiletsville is the town at the north side of Heavenshire, far removed from the rest of the country.  Named for its unique coastal shape and being home to the mouth of Heavenshire's Rio de Caca, Toiletsville is considered one of the poorer areas of Heavenshire with burgeoning criminal activity.  Most people born here grow up and leave the region so it will likely never improve.
